I grew up in Minnesota where sports and the outdoors were at the core of who I was. When my time on the football field ended in college, I swapped a helmet for a camera and never looked back. I taught myself filmmaking while finishing an economics degree at Saint John’s University. After a stint as a freelancer, I headed west for a few seasons as Director of Athletic Video at Montana State in Bozeman. Now, I’m back in the Midwest, chasing stories full-time and always on the hunt for the next one worth telling.
